New Music| The Weeknd - The Hills (Music Video)

The Weeknd is back and to say the least he is back with a bang. The new single which he previewed at his set at Coachella is a track where he addresses a female he only calls when its half past five. This is the weeknd we all know and love and the production is crazy as ever and his vocals just sit well with the track. The song is beautifully written and shows this young man is one of our generations real r&b and soul singers. peep the track below and tell us what you you think about this new cut

AIR JORDAN 1 'CHICAGO'

For the first time since 1994, the Air Jordan 1 returns in its true OG colour way. This shoe made its first appearance on court back in 1985 when Nike and Jordan collaborated creating this iconic colour way in a time when most other shoes were were all black and white. Unlike most other Air Jordan's which are released today, this pair with come unlaced in the box much like the originals did 30 years ago. The shoe itself will feature its original colour scheme of black, white and red also featuring the Nike Air tag on the tongue.

Jamie xx 'I Know There's Gonna Be (Good Times)' ft. Young Thug & Popcaan | New Music

Jamie xx is an english DJ/Producer/Beatmaker from London. He is known as a solo act as well as being a member of The xx. I Know There's Gonna Be (Good Times) is taken off Jamie's debut album In Colour which is set to drop on June 1st via Young Turks and has a more Hip-Hop driven sound compared to Loud Places and Gosh. With his new solo album Silverback Gorilla 2 dropping later this year, Sheek has been grinding hard. Kid Ink 'Be Real' ft. Dej Loaf | UK Impact

Be real is the brilliant new joint from KID INK and it features the hotly-tipped Dej Loaf who adds her distinctive styling to the chorus of the Mustard produced banger.

the joint makes it UK impact on June 22nd. Check out the visual below.

I personally would have preferred a verse from Dej but i guess we can wait on the remix.

Loick 'Number One' | Official Visual

UK vocalist Loick Essien follows on from his collabo with Wretch 32 and Chip with his brand new single NUMBER ONEwhich is taken off his highly anticipated EP - S.M.R . This visual premiered on SBTV yesterday and the track is due to drop on June 7th.

AIR JORDAN VII 'HARE'

The Jordan VII ‘Hare’ finally arrived this weekend. The shoe marks a special place in the Jordan brands history. Before Space Jam, Jordan collaborated with Warner Bros for a series of TV ads featuring Bugs Bunny as Mike’s teammate. They even gave Bugs Bunny his own iconic Jordan colour way. The Jordan VII features a tongue with orange and green colours referring to Bugs Bunny’s carrot obsession as well as a white and grey upper body which also features a Chicago Bulls Red to finish off the design of this iconic shoe.

Masta T Interview| Masta T - Be Mine Video

Here at We Are So Fresh we like to support local talent and this is the first instalment of our series of interviews for locally talented artist. First up is singer, songwriter and producer Temi Boyo aka Masta T. From the outskirts of Cambridge England he infuses his vocals with a mixture of rnb and uk house music to create somewhat of a new genre for himself. I caught up with him at Anglia Ruskin University studios earlier this month to talk his music and influences. He also talks up his much anticipated EP dynamics which is coming out this summer. AIR JORDAN 1 PINNACLE

The Air Jordan 1 got a high end makeover this weekend with its release celebrating the brands 30th anniversary. The shoe (Nicknamed 'Brooklyn All Star') features an all black snakeskin effect highlighted with gold embellishments on the heel, tongue and ankles of the shoe. The premium and luxurious Jordan 1 dropped on the Nike store EU website this weekend with a hefty £320 price tag.

New Music| Tink - Million (Aaliyah Remake) [Prod. Timberland]

If you havent heard of tink by now i dont know what rock youve been living under. She is the latest upcoming female rapper who has been hitting the airwaves and making a buzz for herself as the next biggest (female) rapper in the industry. With a co-sign by one the biggest producers in the game Timberland she is destined for greatness. She is a real spitter and actually can rap and is a very good singer as well. The most impressive effort from her has to be (in my opinion) her version of Rick Ross's Movin Bass which i dont know why Ross didnt release that version of the track as it was better than the original. However this track she is doing justice to a truly classic track Aaliyah's One In A Millon. I know people are really sensitive about anyone touching an Aaliyah track but if I'm honest she did it justice, a truly inspiring and fitting tribute to a legendary songstress. Tune of the Week| Lil Durk - Like Me (feat Jeremih)

This weeks instalment of tune of the week is Chi-towns very own Lil Durks smooth record Like Me which features one of the best hook writers in the game Jeremih. The Vinlyz and Boi1da produced track is smooth and is one for both gangsters and their Trap Queens. The song is in heavy rotation and serves as a strong single before Durk drops his album Remember My Name which is slated to drop june 2nd but for now enjoy this.

Krept & Konan 'Freak Of The Week' ft. Jeremih | New Heat

After their recent hard-hitting collaboration ‘Certified’ with Rick Ross, KREPT & KONAN have recruited yet more international players in DJ Mustard and Jeremih for their new single Freak of the Week. Really digging this joint. Mustard on the beat with a remake of the Playground Riddim form the well know Beenie Man track Who Am I. The joint is bound to murdwr dance floors everywhere. Maverick Sabre 'Walk Into The Sun' (prod. by Seemore) | New Music

Written by MAV and Seemore, Walk Into The Sun is a delicious slice of gospel-soaked soul and funk- backed rap that radiates good-time vibes.

These past 18 months have seen MAV collaborating with Joey Bada$$, Gorgon City, Idris Elba and Stephen McGregor – son of reggae legend Freddie and a sell-out UK tour last autumn.

“I’m in a much more secure place than I was when I made my debut, MAV admits. “Back then I was finding my feet. The songs were a bit all over the place because they were written between me being 15 and 20. I’m a different person now. And it turns out, someone who can write a happy song.”

Walk Into The Sun is due on June 28th. Check out the visual below.

Elijah Blake 'I Just Wanna' (Remix) ft. Dej Loaf | New Heat

Elijah dropped the remix of album cut "I Just Wanna," featuring a new verse from DeJ Loaf. I Just Wanna is a sexy song that represents being present in the moment with your significant other, Blake told The FADER. "Whatever your poison of choice is—whether it's love, partying, or thrill-seeking. I wanted to make a song that wasn't too fast that you can't catch a groove in a romantic setting and not too slow so that it can still bump in the whip or the club."

Blake chose DeJ for the remix because, like everyone else, he's got a little platonic crush on her.

"I wanted to keep it young yet still cultured. I felt DeJ was the perfect look because she got a fresh sound and vibe about her," he said. "And to be honest, I missed the era where multiple female rappers were killing it and were getting on hip-hop tracks and adding a woman's perspective to a male record. She definitely went in! To the point where I was like, 'Wow, this chick is here to stay.'"

AIR JORDAN 4 11LAB4

The Jordan 11LAB4 shoe takes the patent leather look from the Air Jordan 11 and applies it to the iconic shape of the Air Jordan 4. These retro 11LAB4's features a full all black patent leather upper body that sits onto of a white midsole and fully covered black sole. The patent leather on these 4s has become the “tuxedo” shoe, creating a phenomenon of wearing Jays to formal events such as proms and weddings. This “Tuxedo” look will run you over £190, you can Secure your pair at most at selected retailers online and in store.

AIR JORDAN 5 "MIDNIGHT NAVY"

Nike are set to debut a brand new Air Jordan 5 this May. This sneaker is just one of many other models that will be launching in 2015 as part of the brand’s 30th anniversary.

The Air Jordan 5 nicknamed “Hornets” has a mixture of dark navy, turquoise and white, much like the Charlotte Hornets colour scheme. The shoe features a “Midnight” Navy blue upper body with turquoise detailing around the tongue and Jumpman logo as well as the iconic shark teeth on the midsole. Expect this shoe to sell out fast but luckily it will be available at most retailers as well as many online stores.

Sinead Harnett Interview | She Aint Me Video

Our very own Brian_OVO caught up with the lovely Sinead Harnett to talk about her smashing new single 'She Ain't Me' ,what to expect from her upcoming project and more.

She Ain’t Me is Harnett’s feistiest track yet, pulling in elements of electronic soul & ‘90s R&B with a UK twist for a forthright, defiant statement to an ex who made the wrong choice! It is the first taste from the north Londoner’s upcoming debut album and follows last year’s critically acclaimed N.O.W EP, which featured lead track No Other Way (feat. Snake hips). She Ain't Me is due on June 7th but you can enjoy the official video below.
